Sly Cooper OC Tyler the Shark (Shark Week 2014)

To kick off Shark Week 2014, I'm posting my first ever Sly Cooper O.C. Tyler the Shark!

Born into a powerful crime family, Tyler was decimated at how ruthless and hazardous a life a crime can really be. So when he was old enough, he left his home to live a life of honesty and legitimacy.
He's a bit of a Gray Zone in the eyes of Interpol, he runs an undersea nightclub called Ocean's Eighteen (A Shout-Out to Ocean's Eleven and its sequels), of course you have to be 18 and older to enter. While running the club acts as his legitimate source of income, he primarily runs rackets of information which he gives to Interpol and occasionally the Cooper gang regarding criminal activity.
He's very kind and smart, and gets along well with most people and Interpol agents, but he shows *some* slight hostility towards Inspector Carmelita Fox for justified reasons, her narrow-minded view on criminals, namely the Cooper gang and the criminal history of Tyler's family.
Unbeknownst to Tyler himself, he's being used as a pawn in Clockwerk's latest scheme. He has no idea that the evil bird is using him as a timeshare. Beneath this portly exterior lies the mind of a criminal genius, centuries ahead of the time. In the days that the Fiendish Five went their separate ways, Clockwerk kidnapped dozens of children around the world and used them as test subjects for his greatest experiment to date. Utilizing cutting-edge nanotechnology, which he had pinched here and twisted there, he encoded the essence of his Hate Chip on microchips, and set them in the children's young, little brains. Everything that was once the ancient, evil avian has been nestled all comfy and cozy inside their subconscious. Tyler was the first Clockwerk sleeper agent to be awakened, and the other 35 or so agents have yet to be awakened. At first Clockwerk had to limit the time he spent in Tyler's body, he's got no clue as to what Clockwerk does, chocking up any lingering memories to nightmares and past experiences, if anyone misses him he simply dials them up and tells them he's working another job. The changes come at will now, and once Clockwerk replaces the subjects' mortal flesh with soul-less machinery he'll be strong enough to live in their bodies permanently. Only Sly Cooper, his gang and Carmelita Fox can stop Clockwerk's despicable resurrection and his plans to rob and terrorize the world.
